The barn and coach house is built of brick in a Flemmish bond pattern. The loft is reached by the stairs to the bottom left of the picture. The building has no eves and an iron roof. The date of construction is not certain but William Walker did have a sulky when he died in 1908 according to the Deceased Estate file.
