This brick building is now the subject of a restoration effort. Built at the time of the Rectory but not included in the same work contract some doubt exists as to the architect. It is either the work of Francis Greenway the designer of the Rectory and St. Matthews Church or his replacement Harris. If this is the case it is the only known building still existing designed by Harris. It was completed along with the Rectory by William Cox in 1825. The bricks for the construction were thought to have come from the ones rejected by Greenway as "unsuitable" during the construction of St. Matthews.
